The Dough Miner offers a delectable selection of SLC-style small-batch bagels. What is an “SLC-style” bagel you ask? While our bagels are often compared to an East Coast style, we realized they are our own unique style that we have deemed “SLC-style”.

Our bagels are known for their oversized nature, thick chewy texture, slightly crunchy exterior, and authentic “boiled bagel” taste. Another unique aspect of our bagels is the complete lack of a “hole”. Just like our doughnuts, we decided who wants empty space when it comes to a bagel!
